Danny's Executive Transportation LLC provides executive ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate transport, and long distance travel in and around Columbia, South Carolina and throughout the United States. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Danny's Executive Transportation LLC. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and dropoff information, being ready at the scheduled pickup time, and treating our drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to our vehicles by a customer may result in additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Danny's Executive Transportation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danny's Executive Transportation LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Richland County, South Carolina.
